we are a inner door producer ( started in Belgium 1990 - since 2016 in Bulgary)with focus on the production of fire rated and non fire rated invisible interior door ALU3.
The mangement team is a team with experience.After a investment of 3 100 000 Euro, we received, as 1 of the 5 production firms in the EU, the Eu certification with the heighest classification according the new EU law ( valid since 1/11/2022) for fire rated inn
terior doors. Our new product has also the EU certification as new EU building product, To expand our production, we want to start a new production unit in Roemenie(2000 m2) for production and distribution on the domestic market and for the export. With a FTE cost of 9600 euro/ year and a reduced cost of base materials, we can produce with a EBIDTA of 40%
