SAS Skilit

Skilit is an editor specialized in the development of semantic bricks for Automatic Language Processing, aimed at designers and users of Large Language Models (LLM) in the HR and Marketing fields. The repository developed by Skilit enables semantic processing to be disambiguated and the meaning of words used by a speaker to be contextualized, thanks to an annotation tool and an ontology with expertise in human behavior. The 1st application market developed is Human Resources, with 5 existing customers for multiple use cases.

Skilit is developing technological building blocks based on human expertise, providing a unique response to companies' HR needs through natural language processing. The major challenges in behavior management can only be addressed through a systems approach, and without bias, particularly for use cases in recruitment, internal mobility, outplacement and Quality of Life at Work.
