The Fund has been created in February 2015 with an initial capital of 13 million EUR. After the last capital increase in December 2017, its capital reaches 28 million EUR.
Innovaton fund invests in minority participations for tickets up to € 3 million, in start-ups in the chemical and life sciences sector. The shareholding, consisting of industry companies (50%), invests (30%) and universities, is its biggest asset, giving the fund unique expertise, excellent co-investors and sourcing.
