The WIC Academy is a support mechanism for women-led businesses in Senegal to help create national champions.

The WIC Academy acts as a complementary mechanism to WIC Capital (the investment fund), to provide support and technical assistance to women entrepreneurs through

• the provision of a Shared Services Center,
• individualized coaching for sustained growth within their industry,
• connection with the right partners and advisors,
• mentoring and fundraising support.
