The EIC ACCESS+ Community Hub is a platform to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking among deep-tech startups, ecosystem partners, and investors. It serves as a central space where startups can connect with key players in the innovation ecosystem, including service providers, business mentors, and potential investors.

 

By joining the EIC ACCESS+ Community hub startups can access the EIC BAS Open Call Application form.

 

The EIC BAS Co-funding:

The EIC BAS Open call offers up to EUR 60,000 in grants, covering up to 50% of the costs, to access specialised services from the EIC Service Catalogue for deep-tech startups and SMEs. The EIC ACCESS+ project team is managing the Open call. Companies can use the funds to access vital resources to accelerate their growth and scale their innovations.

  3. Apply via the application form provided on the top right of this page, once you have been accepted to join the community.

How it works:

  • maximum of 60.000 EUR per beneficiary;
  • covering a maximum of 50% of the cost;
  • only services from the EIC Service Catalogue are eligible;
  • one or multiple packages can be accessed (via separate applications);
  • the accessed service must be completed by 30 June 2026.

 

Who can apply:

  • EIC Awardees (EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition, EIC Accelerator);
  • Seal of Excellence holders (under Horizon Europe);
  • spin-offs from the EIC Awardees, providing proof;

 

Service packages:

  • Research package (up to 60.000 EUR): Access to Infrastructure and R&D support; Prototyping and Proof of Concept (PoC);
  • Skills improvement (up to 10.000 EUR): Coaching and Mentoring; HR & Talent;
  • Business Acceleration (up to 30.000 EUR): Acceleration, Incubation and Venture building; Business Planning; Matchmaking and Internationalisation;
  • Access to funds (up to 30.000): IP & Legal; Due Diligence; Fundraising support.

 

The total financial support for this call amounts to €3.45 million. The applications are open for online submission starting 1 November 2024 until the deadline on 31 May 2026, unless otherwise stated via an official communication.

These activities aim to improve market readiness, secure funding, and refine business models, making it an invaluable resource for deep-tech companies looking to scale and succeed in competitive global markets.
