YASSI

YASSI is a legally registered company in Côte d’Ivoire since 2015. It was initially dedicated to creating language learning tools through educational games.

However, due to a lack of funding, no operational activities have been launched to date.

This incubation period led to the development of more ambitious projects, notably ASTRID, a high-potential concept of an innovative social city combining affordable housing, a profitable economic model, ecological principles, cryptocurrency integration, and strong societal impact.

The ASTRID project plans the construction of 10,000 social housing units for individuals earning around 50,000 CFA francs per month. These beneficiaries will actively participate in building their own homes, financed through credit. The urban plan is structured around a prestige belt, a high-end residential district enhanced by the presence of an international university.

This model ensures a rapid return on investment from the very first phases of construction.

I initially joined EuroQuity exclusively to find a serious buyer for the ASTRID concept. Today, I have revised my position: I am open to all proposals, whether it involves a sale, financing, or a fundraising initiative.
